I love to teach, share my love of art, and encourage everyone to look at life from a different perspective.  Educator and philosopher, Maxine Greene believed in fostering learner engagement and how it could help learners to view their worlds with renewed perspective. I believe that everyone should learn multiple approaches to observing the world around them so they can challenge themselves and create new ways to solve problems.
 
 I hold a NYS Professional Certification in Visual Arts Education
Grades K-12, and a Level 3 NYS Teaching Assistant Certification.
I received a Master of Science in Visual Arts Education from Long Island University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York Institute of Technology.

​Production Coordinator at Hachette Filipacchi Magazines Inc.
and a Production Manager at Hearst Publications for Good Housekeeping Magazine.
